Undertook a Thai restaurant business as an Event Manager in Melbourne, Australia. The concept of the restaurant was to introduce the Australian local this new concept of Thai restaurant in Beaumaris, Melbourne, which was Thai’s non-street food. The work was from receiving the briefing from customers, creating concept/theme of the events, evaluating the price, and holding the events.
